Mr. (stalker’s name),
The police is hereby notifying you that you are no longer permitted to contact mrs. X in any way.
Any actions on your part aimed at unlawfully, systematically, and intentionally infringing upon her privacy—with the intent to apparently coerce her into doing, refraining from doing, or tolerating something, or to instill fear in her—will be considered a criminal offense (Art. X Penal Code).
Effective immediately, any form of contact with her—however minor—whether direct or indirect, in person or remotely, personally or through others, privately or at work, digitally, by telephone, or by any other means whatsoever, will result in a formal complaint being filed for the crime of harassment/stalking.
Similarly, in cases of other crimes such as threats to commit a crime, harassing pursuit, vandalism, slander, libel, insult, or other criminal offenses directed against her, a complaint will also be filed.
A detailed overview of all instances of unwanted contact, criminal offenses, and past reports will be attached to each new report to make it clear to the Public Prosecution Service and the judge that this is not a one-time or harmless incident, but a systematic pattern of unwanted and criminal acts directed against her.
The police will prepare a report regarding this handover. This report will describe your reaction upon receiving this letter.
In any future criminal case, this letter and the report of this stop-talk containing your response will be included in the criminal case file.
The judge will take note of this report. A conviction will result in a criminal record. This stop-letter does not undo the prior violations of the privacy of mrs. X.
